How orders are processed, paid for, and delivered.

Processing & shipping

Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received before 1:00 PM ET on a shipping day ship the same day. Orders received at or after 1:00 PM ET, or on weekends or holidays, ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. We currently ship within the United States.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery timing may vary based on your location and the carrier.

Shipping options

Standard shipping is UPS 2nd Day Air (about 2 business days after dispatch). A UPS Next Day Air overnight option is available at checkout. Delivery timing may vary by destination and carrier.

Payments

You can place an order 24 hours a day through our secure online store. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options. Once your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, it is processed, prepared, and scheduled for dispatch.

Unit pricing is listed per product, and bulk discounts may apply. For wholesale inquiries, contact Support@1stpharma.com for a custom quote.
