Accessibility Statement

1stPharma is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability. This statement explains what we do, where we know we fall short, and how to reach us if something on the site gets in your way.

What we do

The site is built to follow accepted web standards for accessible design. In practice that means semantic HTML structure, text alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard operability for interactive controls, visible focus indicators, and colour combinations chosen for contrast. New and updated pages are reviewed against these practices before release.

Conformance status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our reference standard. We are working toward that standard but have not completed a formal third-party audit, so we do not claim full conformance. We would rather tell you that plainly than imply a level of assurance we have not verified.

Known limitations

Some documents published on this site — in particular Certificates of Analysis — are supplied by independent testing laboratories as PDFs. Those files are reproduced as we receive them so that the record stays unaltered, which means they may not meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the site. If you need the contents of any certificate in another format, contact us and we will provide it.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information provided in a different format, please tell us. Ongoing work

Accessibility is treated as continuing work rather than a finished task. Reports from people using the site are the most useful input we get, and they directly shape what we fix next. This statement will be updated as that work progresses.
