CJC-1295 WITHOUT DAC 10mg
$ 55.00
CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a synthetic peptide derivative of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH), composed of 29 amino acids. Also referred to as Modified GRF (1-29), it features four amino acid substitutions designed to increase stability and resistance to enzymatic breakdown. Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, this version lacks the Drug Affinity Complex, resulting in a shorter half-life. Originally discovered in the early 1980s, researchers found that the first 29 amino acids of GHRH retained full biological activity, making this fragment a potent GH secretagogue.
Storage Instructions: All of our products are manufactured using the Lyophilization (Freeze Drying) process, which ensures that our products remain 100% stable for shipping for up to 3-4 months. Once the peptides are reconstituted (mixed with bacteriostatic water), they must be stored in the fridge to maintain stability. After reconstitution, the peptides will remain stable for up to 30 days. Lyophilization is a unique dehydration process, also known as cryodesiccation, where the peptides are frozen and then subjected to low pressure. This causes the water in the peptide vial to sublimate directly from solid to gas, leaving behind a stable, crystalline white structure known as lyophilized peptide. The puffy white powder can be stored at room temperature until you're ready to reconstitute it with bacteriostatic water. Once peptides have been received, it is imperative that they are kept cold and away from light. If the peptides will be used immediately, or in the next several days, weeks or months, short-term refrigeration under 4C (39F) is generally acceptable. Lyophilized peptides are usually stable at room temperatures for several weeks or more, so if they will be utilized within weeks or months such storage is typically adequate. However, for longer term storage (several months to years) it is more preferable to store peptides in a freezer at -80C (-112F). When storing peptides for months or even years, freezing is optimal in order to preserve the peptide’s stability. For further information on proper storage techniques, click the link below: For extended preservation, particularly for storage spanning multiple months to years, peptides are best kept in ultra-low freezers at approximately –80°C (–112°F). Under these long-term conditions, structural stability is maximized, ensuring peptides retain their quality and suitability for future research applications.
Overview
CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a tetra-substituted GRF (1-29) analog that targets the GHRH receptors on pituitary cells, stimulating endogenous GH release. Four amino acid substitutions (positions 2, 8, 15, and 27) improve its resistance to degradation by enzymes like DPP-4. This allows for greater bioactivity despite a shorter duration of action compared to DAC-bound versions.

Other Known Titles: CJC-1295 Without DAC
Pituitary Gland Mechanism
CJC-1295 (No DAC) binds to GHRH receptors on somatotroph cells in the pituitary, likely triggering conformational changes that activate G-proteins. This cascade may increase secondary messengers like cAMP, activating protein kinases that regulate gene expression. The result is enhanced GH synthesis and secretion, promoting anabolic and restorative physiological effects.
Growth Hormone Pulsatility
Research on modified GRF 1-29 indicates that CJC-1295 (No DAC) may elevate GH release by approximately 70–107% over 12 hours and increase IGF-1 by around 28%. These changes have been linked to enhanced skin thickness, collagen activity, and muscle hypertrophy in experimental models, reflecting its influence on the GH–IGF-1 axis.
Gastrointestinal Studies
Some experimental models suggest potential interactions between GHRH analogs and VPAC(1)-R receptors in gastrointestinal smooth muscles, which may influence bowel motility. These mechanisms remain under investigation.
Cardiac Studies
Preliminary murine studies indicate that modified GRF 1-29 peptides may support cardiac tissue repair and improve ejection fraction following heart injury, suggesting a possible cardiovascular benefit.
Combination Protocols
Due to its shorter activity, CJC-1295 (No DAC) is often paired with growth hormone secretagogues like Ipamorelin. These act on ghrelin receptors, and when combined with GHRH analogs, may synergistically elevate GH secretion through dual receptor activation on pituitary cells.
